Attention! Xenon lamps light up when a voltage of 20,000 V is applied and operate at an alternating voltage of 85 V.
Therefore, before removing it, it is necessary to disconnect the headlight and wait until the ECU cools down.
It is prohibited to turn on the lamp if it is not installed in the headlight unit (it is dangerous for eyesight).
Removal
Remove the headlight.
To avoid scratching the headlight, place it on a clean piece of cloth.
Disconnect the lamp connector by turning it a quarter turn counterclockwise.
Remove the Phillips head screws with the locking tab.
Disconnect the power wire from ECU B.
Installation
After each removal of the ECU, be sure to replace its seal.
Observe the tightening torque of the ECU mounting screws: 1.3 Nm.
Please pay attention to the correct laying of high voltage wires.
Attention! After removing the ECU, it is necessary to initialize the system and adjust the headlights.
