Note: In case of malfunction, the tailgate can be opened manually.
Using a small screwdriver, press on tab A from inside the vehicle.
Removal
After removing the tailgate trim, remove the protective cover of the lock.
Disconnect connector B.
Remove the two nuts securing the C lock drive bracket.
Press the spring latch C.
Remove the lock drive and its bracket.
Unscrew the two bolts securing the lock.
Disconnect the connector, then remove the lock.
