Loosen the mounting bolts (1) of the radiator mounting bracket connecting rods.
Loosen the mounting bolts (2) of the radiator mounting bracket on the front panel.
Place a hydraulic jack under the radiator mounting bracket.
Loosen the mounting bolts (3) of the radiator mounting bracket on the side members.
Disconnect the electric fan wiring harness (4) from the radiator mounting bracket.
Remove the radiator mounting bracket.
Clean the mating surfaces of the radiator mounting bracket and the lower mounting bolts with a surface cleaner. When installing, tighten the mounting bolts of the radiator mounting bracket to the side members to the specified torque of 180 Nm.
Check the gap (X) between the radiator mounting bracket and the subframe.
The gap should be within 13±1 mm.
