Heating
Malfunction | Cause | Debugg |
A. Weak heating power. | The air valve does not close completely. | Check the position of the Bowden cables; make the valve movable, if necessary, remove foreign bodies. |
B. Heating does not work. | 1. The cable for the warm/cold air mixing valve has come loose or broken. 2. Air in the heat exchanger. 3. Broken or clogged heat exchanger hoses. | Replace or wear. Assistance on the way: turn the lever on the heating device housing by hand. Add fluid to the cooling system. Check and replace hoses if necessary. |
C. During the trip, the heating suddenly turned off. | The coolant leaked from the heat exchanger. | Stop immediately, as there is a risk of damage to the cylinder head gasket! Repair the leak and add coolant. |
