Removal
Place the car on a lift.
Disconnect the battery.
Remove:
- engine oil pan protection,
- front bumper,
- top engine cover,
- air intake pipe,
- air cooler,
- electric fan of the engine cooling system.
Drain the fluid from the engine cooling system.
Models with air conditioning
Remove:
- mounting pins (1) of the air deflector,
- air deflector.
Secure the capacitor to the front energy absorbing crossbar with a safety strap.
Loosen the condenser mounting bolts (2).
All models
Remove the clamps (3) of the radiator hose of the cooling system using the tool (Mot. 1448).
Disconnect the hoses from the engine cooling system radiator using the tool (Car. 1363).
Remove the engine cooling system radiator through the top of the vehicle.
Installation
The radiator hose clamps of the engine cooling system must be replaced.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Fill the cooling system with liquid and remove air from it.
Connect the battery.
