Removing the front door can be done in two ways:
- without loops
- with loops.
Note: The front door can be removed without removing the front fender.
Removing
Remove:
- front speaker,
- front door handle,
- front door trim.
Disconnect:
- front door power window motor connector (1),
- front door lock actuator connector (2),
- rearview mirror switch wiring harness (3).
Remove the front door wiring harness (depending on equipment level).
Remove the front door stop mount,
Removal without loops
Loosen the nuts (4).
Removal with loops
Remove:
- nuts (5),
- screws (6).
Installation
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
Attention! For any adjustment work or removal and installation of body parts that require the separation of threaded connections, restore the anti-corrosion protection of the joints and the tightness of the threaded connections using preformed beads of sealing mastic.
Adjust gaps and protrusion relative to the front door.
Torque tighten:
- hinge nuts on the front side door (28 Nm),
- bolts and nuts for fastening the hinges of the front pillar (28 Nm).
The following operations are performed when replacing the front door.
Note: The front door can be disassembled on the vehicle before it is removed.
Disassembly
Remove:
- inner window sill seal of the front door,
- outer window sill seal of the front door,
- sliding glass front door,
- front door glass groove,
- front door power window mechanism,
- front door power window motor,
- outside front door handle
- front door lock,
- fastening of the front door limiter,
- front door lock cylinder
- Outside rearview mirror.
Assembly
Produced in the reverse order of removal.

Follow the adjustment sequence (1), (2), (3), (5), (4) And (6).
The position of the front door can be adjusted in three ways:
- using the front door fastening nut,
- with the bolts and nuts of the front strut,
- using the front door latch.
Adjustment with front door nut
Loosen the bolts (1) front side door.
Adjust the front door latch.
Torque tighten the front door fastening nuts (28 Nm).
Adjustment with bolts and nuts of the front strut,
Loosen the nuts (2) and bolts (3) front rack.
Adjust the front door latch.
Torque tighten the bolts and nuts on the A-pillar (28 Nm).
Note: The front fender does not need to be removed to adjust the front door.
