Removal
1. Apply the handbrake, then jack up the front of the vehicle and support it securely on axle stands. Remove the right front wheel.
2. Remove the plastic cover from the inside of the wheel arch to gain access to the crankshaft pulley.
3. Remove the auxiliary drive belt.
4. To loosen the pulley bolt, the crankshaft must be locked. To do this, ask an assistant to engage 1st gear and press the brake pedal all the way down.

5. Loosen the pulley bolt and remove the washer, then remove the pulley from the crankshaft (see illustration).
5.5. Remove the crankshaft pulley, together with the bolt and washer.
Installation
6. Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following.
- Make sure the dowel pin on the crankshaft sprocket fits into the corresponding hole in the pulley.
- Tighten the pulley bolt to the specified tightening torque Specifications.
- Install and tension the auxiliary drive belt.
