1. The procedure is similar to bleeding the hydraulic system described in Section 9, except that before starting work, you need to pump out the fluid from the brake hydraulic system reservoir using a clean siphon.

2. Proceed as described in Section 9, open the first bleed screw and gently press the brake pedal until all the old fluid is removed from the master cylinder reservoir. Bring the fluid level up to the MAX mark with new fluid and continue pumping until only new fluid remains in the tank.

3. Old hydraulic fluid is much darker than new fluid, so they are easy to distinguish.

4. Proceed in the same way, passing through all the other bleed nipples in sequence. At the same time, maintain the level in the master cylinder reservoir above the "MIN" mark, otherwise air may enter the system, which will significantly complicate the task.

5. After completing the procedure, check that all bleed nipples are securely tightened and that new dust caps are installed on them. Wash away all traces of spilled fluid and recheck the fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir.

6. Check the operation of the brakes while driving.
