Tightening torques, Nm
- Manifold mounting studs to cylinder head: 10.
- Nuts for studs securing manifolds to cylinder head: 27.
- Intake manifold bracket mounting bolt: 25.
- Bracket mounting bolt on cylinder block: 25.
Removal
1. Remove the air filter (two mounting bolts on top, two mounting bolts on the bottom) 1.
2. Unscrew, working from above, the two nuts securing the inlet pipe to the manifold.
3. Loosen the nut of the clamp that connects the inlet pipe to the muffler pipe.
4. Move the exhaust pipe towards the gearbox.

5. Remove the nuts securing the manifolds from above A and below B.
Note: Use a socket wrench to remove nut C located above the starter (with a 6.35 mm square), as well as a universal extension with a cardan joint.
Installation
1. Replace the manifold gasket (the metal part of the gasket must face the collectors).
2. Replace the gasket between the intake manifold and the air filter.
3. Replace the steel gasket between the exhaust manifold and the downpipe.
4. Perform the remaining installation operations in the reverse order of removal.
