Install the crankshaft main bearing caps, installing cap No.1 on the timing drive side.

Measure the diameter (X1) of the crankshaft bearings using a micrometer. The diameter value should be between 55.997-56.017 mm (for M4R engine) and 51.997-52.017 mm (for engine H4J).

Compare the obtained diameter value with the diameter class marked on the cylinder block (see table "Crankshaft bearing diameter class").
