1. Each end of the drive shafts is equipped with a CV joint. Earlier models only have Lobro joints on the drive shafts (from the wheel side) and G1 82 joints (from the gearbox side). The new generation models are equipped with Lobro hinges (from the wheel side) and joints G1 82 and RC 490 (from the gearbox side).
2. Use grease to install the drive shafts into the steering knuckles. If the disc brake calipers are removed, the screw threads also require a small amount of grease.
3. New drive shafts are sold with protective caps for the joints and installation instructions.
