Tightening torques: Windscreen wiper arm mounting nuts - 16 Nm.

Removal



Turn on the ignition.

Attention! To ensure the correct trajectory of the windshield wiper arms, it is necessary to initialize the windshield wiper motor.


Turn the windshield wiper switch from position (0) to position (1), then from position (1) to position (0).

Turn off the ignition.

Mark the position of the levers (3). Fold the nut caps (4).

Loosen the nuts (8) securing the windshield wiper arms.

Remove the wiper arms using the tool.

Installation



Turn on the ignition.

Attention! To ensure the correct trajectory of the windshield wiper arms, it is necessary to initialize the windshield wiper motor.




Turn the windshield wiper switch from position (0) to position (1), then from position (1) to position (0).

Turn off the ignition.

Install:
  • wiper arms according to the marks made during removal,
  • windscreen wiper arm mounting nuts.

Tighten the wiper arm mounting nuts to the specified torque (16 Nm).

Install the nut caps.
