Removal
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. On models with a D-series engine, remove the three bolts securing the power steering fluid reservoir to the fan shroud, then disconnect the power steering hose from the shroud and move the reservoir aside. Unplug the multi-pin connectors from the fan shroud and disconnect them.
3. Remove the four mounting screws and take out the fan assembly, noting its location (see illustrations).

Installation
4. Install in reverse order.
