Removing
Attention! When working on the glass cleaner, switch off the ignition and remove the ignition key. This is necessary because as a result of moving the levers of the brushes when the key is in the ignition switch in position 1, the automatic parking of the brushes may work. This means that the stele cleaner will start working to set the brushes to their original position.
1. Move the wiper arms away from the glass along with the brushes.
2. Install the brush vertically.
3. Press the leash lock A and move the brush on the holding hook by pulling down (see arrows in illustration).

4. Slide the brush up and off the hook through hole B (see illustration 24.3).
5. Squeeze both steel guide bars with pliers and release the band fastening bracket at the upper end of the brush. Then open the brackets along the entire length of the brush and remove the rubber band along with the steel guides? mi (see illustration).

Installation
6. Attach the new rubber band to the brackets without installing the guide rails.
7. Place both guide bars on the end of the rubber band so that the tabs on the guides face the band and fit into the grooves.
8. Squeeze both guides on the rubber band with pliers and secure them to the upper end of the brush by inserting the fastening brackets into the locking holes (see arrow in illustration).

9. Slide the brush over the levers and secure it to the holding hook.
10. Return the wiper arm to its original position. Pay attention to the fact that the rubber band adheres to the glass along its entire length.
