Removal



1. Turn off the ignition.

2. Remove the door pocket, then the A/B power window switch block and the C switch for the outside rearview mirrors (see illustration).

3. Press the switches out of the mounting place on the door pocket by squeezing the latches. Then disconnect the plugs.

Please note: Each switch has a label indicating the color of the plug to be connected to avoid confusion.


4. Remove the hazard warning light and rear window defroster switch. To do this, reach under the instrument panel and disconnect the switch plugs, and push the switches out. To gain access to the back of the instrument panel, remove the heater control unit.

5. Remove the rear door window switches.

Installation of dismantled switches is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
