Removal
1. Turn off the ignition.
2. Unscrew the two mounting screws and detach the ashtray holder.
3. Remove the cigarette lighter holder and disconnect the plug.
4. Press both tabs 2, remove the cigarette lighter 1 and remove the plastic ring 3 (see illustration).

5. Pry up cover 5 at point A with a screwdriver and replace indicator light 4 (see illustration 35.4).
Installation
The cigarette lighter is installed in the reverse order of removal.
