Separation of the outer bead of the tire
When separating the tire bead from the rim, be sure to start from the side opposite the valve. Make sure that the tire bead does not press on the sensor. This is necessary because the risk of damaging the sensor is very high.
Separating the inner bead of the tire
Separating the inner bead of the tire is not difficult. It is enough to ensure that the outer bead of the tire does not press on the sensor.
Tire outer bead flipping
To flip the outer bead of the tire, place the tire lever approximately 15 cm from the valve and flip the bead over the rim, ending at the valve installation point. During this operation, be sure to ensure that the tire bead does not press on the sensor.
Flipping the inner sidewall of the tire
The method is the same as described in the previous section.
Removal
When replacing a tire, be sure to replace the following parts:
- sealing ring 1;
- valve itself 2;
- cover 3.
Installation
When installing the tire on the rim, the tire beads must be properly lathered. Tuck the inner bead about 15 cm after the valve. Tuck the entire tire onto the rim, ending at the valve seat. Be careful not to apply force to the pressure sensor.
The outer side is filled in the same way, but be careful not to press on the sensor. Inflate the tires to the norm.
