Tightening torques, Nm
- Nut of fastening of the case of the mechanism of management of a transmission: 15.
- Bolt for terminal connection of the handpiece with the control shaft: 20.
- Bolt of fastening of a tip of a shaft of management to the gear lever: 30.
- Nut of fastening of an axis of a fork of a shaft of management: 30.
Removing
1. Disconnect the wires from the battery.
2. On the car remove a cover from the console of the panel of devices and turn away two bolts of fastening.
3. Bottom of the car:
- disconnect the intake pipe;
- unscrew the screws securing the heat shield;
- remove the axle nut of the control shaft fork;
- remove the four nuts securing the gearbox control housing.
4. Turn away nuts of an axis of a plug of a shaft of management.
5. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a tip of a shaft of management to the gear selector lever.
Installation
1. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
2. Lubricate shift lever pivots and control shaft pivot pin with grease 33 Medium
3. Ensure the correct location of the control shaft terminal: protrusion towards the gearbox.
Adjustment
Required special tool
- V.Vi. 1133 Wedge insert for locking the selector lever in the first gear position.
Tightening torques, Nm
- Bolt for terminal connection of the handpiece with the control shaft: 20.
1. Remove the splash guard.
2. Engage first gear.
3. Loosen bolt V.
4. Install insert B.Vi. 1133 to eliminate gaps.
5. At the same time, pull the end of the insert down and turn it through an angle of approximately 45°until it touches the tab on the gearbox housing.
6. Press the lower reverse gear lock mechanism on the shift lever against the stop on the control housing, placing a 9 mm feeler gauge on the stop.
7. Tighten bolt V in this position.
8. Check the resulting gap Y, which should be equal to 7-10 mm.
9. Remove insert B.Vi. 1133
10. Check up correct inclusion of transfers.
11. Install the splash guard.
