Removal
1. Block the front wheels and select reverse (or "P"). Jack up the rear of the car and support it on axle stands.
2. Remove the bolts securing the ends of the anti-roll bar to the trailing arms, noting the locations of the handbrake cable mounting brackets. Remove the stabilizer bar mounting nut plates from the top of the trailing arms.
3. Remove the anti-roll bar from under the vehicle.
Installation
4. Install the anti-roll bar with the slots of its brackets facing forward (see illustration).
11.4. The rear anti-roll bar brackets must be facing the slots (small arrows) forward.

5. Place the mounting nut plates on the trailing arms. Install the mounting bolts, placing the handbrake cable clamps back in place. Tighten the stabilizer mounting bolts to the torque specified in the Specifications.
6. Lower the car to the ground.
