4-door modification Fluence
To unlock, lift the lock 2.
Lift the bonnet, release stop 4 from retainer 5 and insert it into socket 3.
To close the hood, install stop 4 in retainer 5, grasp the center of the front edge of the hood and lower it to a height of approximately 30 cm from the car, then release. The hood will close under its own weight.
5-door modification Fluence and Megane III
To unlock, lift the lock 2.
Lift the hood, holding it, the hood is held by a gas strut. To close, hold the hood by the middle part, bring it to about 30 cm from the closed position, and then release. The hood will close under its own weight.
