Engine Starting System Antennas (Renault Fluence 1)

To ensure hands-free engine starting, the vehicle is equipped with three antennas:

• antenna on the dashboard;
• central antenna;
• antenna on the floor of the luggage compartment.

Remove the center console.

Remove the rear panel of the center console.



Disconnect the auxiliary power socket connector (4).

Remove the rear center console panel.

Central antenna

Disconnect the central antenna (16) by pressing the clamps (17).

Disconnect the central engine start antenna connector.

Remove the central engine start antenna.

Antenna in the trunk floor

Remove the luggage compartment floor trim.





Remove the rear floor mat height adjustment mechanism (13).

Note: The antenna clips are very fragile, please handle them with care.

Disconnect the engine start antenna at point (14) using the tool (Car. 1363).



Disconnect the engine start antenna at point (15) using the tool (Cag. 1363).

Disconnect the engine start antenna connector.



Remove the engine start antenna.
