Removing
Place the car on a two post lift.
Disconnect the battery.
Remove:
- bolts of fastening of protection of the pallet crankcase of the engine,
- engine undertray protection,
- catalytic converter.
turn away (10) turbocharger oil outlet pipe bolts.
Rotate the turbocharger oil outlet pipe (12), to make it easier to remove.
Remove the turbocharger oil outlet pipe from the cylinder block.
Remove the turbocharger oil outlet pipe gaskets.
Installation
Parts that must be replaced: Turbocharger oil line gasket.
Wipe with surface cleaner:
- seal housing on the turbocharger oil outlet pipe when reused,
- the mating surface of the turbocharger oil outlet pipe when reused,
- surplus surface of the turbocharger oil outlet pipe on the turbocharger,
- turbocharger oil return line in the cylinder block.
Attention! Bonded surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil to ensure sealing (don't touch them with your fingers).
Lubricate the O-ring on the turbocharger oil outlet pipe with clean engine oil.
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
Torque tighten the bolts securing the oil outlet pipe to the turbocharger (12 Nm).
