Rear side door trim (Renault Duster 1)

Removal

Remove:

• interior rear door handle,
• handle of the mechanical rear door window lifter.

Equipment level E2

Disconnect the rear side door trim bolt plug (1).

Remove the rear side door inner handle trim using the tool (Car. 1363) in direction (2).

All models

Remove the speaker grille (3).



Remove:

• loudspeaker mounting screws (4),
• speaker.

Disconnect the speaker connector.



Loosen the bolt (5) securing the rear side door armrest.

Equipment level E2

Loosen the bolts (6) securing the inner handle of the rear side door.

All models

Remove the rear side door trim using trim and panel retainer pliers.

Installation

Check the condition of the holders and replace them if necessary.

Note: To facilitate installation of the rear side door trim, wet the door frame in the areas where the sealant is applied.

Reapply a bead of sealant to the rear side door trim using a pre-formed bead of sealant.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Features of installation of a mechanical window lifter

Pierce the facing in the middle of the mark (7).



Finish the operation using a conical cutter.
