Removing
Drain the refrigerant circuit from the refrigerant filling station.
Disconnect the battery.
Remove the corresponding connecting pipeline.
Attention! To avoid damage to the refrigerant circuit piping when removing gaskets, do not use tools with a metal tip.
Remove the gasket from the connecting pipeline using the tool (Car. 1363).
Install plugs.
Clean the pipeline surface with an engine cleaner.
Use an air-operated spray gun to blow over the surface and gasket of the connecting piping.
Installation
Lubricate the surface of the connecting piping and the gasket with air conditioning oil to facilitate installation.
Remove plugs.
Attention! To prevent leaks, make sure the gasket and piping surfaces are in good condition. The gasket and surface must be clean and free from scratches.
Install the piping gasket.
Install the appropriate connecting piping:
Connect the battery.
Note: The amount of refrigerant in the system, depending on the installed engine, is indicated in the summary table.
Run:
- charging the refrigeration circuit with refrigerant using a refrigerant filling station,
- leak control.
Check the operation of the air conditioning system.
