You will need: two 13 mm wrenches.

1. Disengage the bent end of the clutch pedal return spring from engagement with the edge of the pedal assembly bracket.
2. Disconnect the clutch release cable from the clutch pedal sector (see "Replacing and adjusting the clutch release cable").

3. Disconnect the brake booster pushrod from the brake pedal (see "Replacing the brake booster").

4. Unscrew nut 1 (see fig. 6.2) fastening the pedal axle, holding the axle from turning with a second key.
5. Remove the axle from the pedal holes and bracket, alternately removing from the axle the spacer sleeve 3, the brake pedal 5 assembled with the sleeves 4, the spacer sleeve 6, the spring 7, the spacer sleeve 8 and the clutch pedal 11 assembled with the sleeves 4.
6. Remove the plastic bushings from the pedal holes. 4. Replace any worn or damaged bushings.
7. Assemble the pedal assembly in the reverse order of disassembly. Lubricate the pedal axle and their bushings with a thin layer of consistent grease. If necessary, install a new clutch pedal return spring.
8. Connect the clutch release cable and brake booster push rod to the clutch and brake pedals, respectively.
