Lifting door
Removal/Installation
1. Remove the upholstery.
2. Disconnect the door electrical wiring.
3. Remove the gas-filled struts
4. Loosen the mounting bolts A on the rear roof beam (this operation must be performed by two people).
5. The door is installed in the reverse order of removal. Adjust the gaps. The gap sizes are specified in paragraph 10.14.
6. Adjustment of the protrusion is carried out by changing the position of the bolts A in the holes below them.
Swing doors
Removal/installation
1. Loosen the mounting bolts A.
2. The door is installed in the reverse order of removal, with adjustment of the gap sizes. The gap sizes are specified in paragraph 10.14.
3. Height adjustment and alignment are performed using the mounting bolts A. Tilt adjustment is performed using the B.H.A. type grip from Z-International by bending the hinge parts welded to the rear body pillars at location B.
Rear door lock
Removal
1. Remove the door trim
2. Remove the wiper assembly.
3. Remove the mounting screws.

1. Remove the door trim.
2. Remove the mounting screw 1.
3. Remove the handle.
