Rear Door Wiring Harnesses (Megane III) (Renault Fluence 1)

Note: The wiring for the left and right doors is the same.

Raise the glass.

Turn off the ignition.

Disconnect the battery.

Remove (for a description of the operations, see Section 8 "Body"):

• rear side door trim;
• rear door sealing films.

Remove:

• rear door lock mounting bolts (1);
• rear door lock (partial).

Unlock the rear side door connector (2) at point (8).

• rear door connector (2);
• rear speaker connector (3);
• rear door lock connector (4).

Disconnect:



Disconnect the rear door window lift motor connector (5).

Disconnect the rear door handle connector (6).

Disconnect the clips (7) from the rear door wiring harness.



Install the rear door trim. Secure the rear door wiring harness clips at (7). Connect the connectors.



Lock the rear side door connector (2) by pressing the latch fully towards the rear of the vehicle.

Connect the battery.

Turn on the ignition.

Check the operation of all rear door components.
