The brake light switch is mounted on the pedal assembly bracket.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Squeeze the clips and disconnect the wiring harness connector from the brake light switch.

5. To adjust, pull out the switch stem (clicks will be heard).

7. Press the pedal slightly, insert a plate approximately 2 mm thick between it and the switch rod and pull the pedal up (you will hear several clicks).

8. Remove the plate.

9. Check the operation of the brake lights: when the pedal is released, the brake lights should not light. Select the free pedal travel. The brake lights should light when the pedal moves within the free travel.
