Replacing the reverse light switch (Renault Sandero 1)

The reversing light switch is installed at the rear of the gearbox housing near the left front wheel drive.

You will need: a 24 mm wrench, a flat-blade screwdriver.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.



2. Press the latch...



3. ...and disconnect the wiring harness connector from the switch.



4. Loosen the tightening with a wrench and unscrew the reverse light switch from the gearbox housing.

5. Install the switch in the reverse order of removal. Apply anaerobic thread locker to the switch threads.
