Doors
Removal
1. To remove the door, open it fully and support its bottom edge with wooden blocks covered with rags.
2. Where necessary, disconnect the negative battery cable, then disconnect the door wiring connector from the body pillar. To do this, you need to move the mounting bracket and then remove the connector from its socket (see illustrations).

11.2b.... and disconnect the door wiring connector.
3. Using a suitable end-face adapter, unscrew the door travel limiter from the body (see illustration).

4. Using the same adapter, loosen the hinge pins, but do not remove them yet (see illustration).
11.4 Loosen the front door hinge pin.
5. Have an assistant support the door, then remove the hinge pins and remove the door.
Installation
6. Install in reverse order.
Adjustment
7. The door hinges are welded to the door and the body pillar, so it is impossible to adjust the position of the door in the body opening.
8. To achieve easier latching of the door lock, change the position of the lock strike plate on the body pillar using a suitable end-shaped adapter.
Door travel limiters
Removal
9. Open the door completely.
10. Using a suitable end-face adapter, detach the door travel limiter from the body.
11. Remove the door trim panel.
12. Working at the front edge of the door, unscrew the two nuts securing the travel limiter to it.

13. Remove the travel limiter through the opening in the door.
Installation
14. Install in reverse order.
