Technical characteristics of the F9Q direct injection diesel engine
A 4/11 E2000R672 distributor-type fuel injection pump is used with an electronic control unit that controls the pump, the cold engine start system, and the exhaust gas recirculation valve.
Fuel injection pump adjustment:
Installation at TDC using a pin with a diameter of 8 mm. The piston stroke is 0.45±0.02 mm.
The nozzle is double-spring, resistance at 20°C = 100±10 Ohm.
High pressure fuel lines:
- length = 360 mm;
- inner diameter = 1.8 mm.
EGR solenoid valve:
- supply voltage = 12 V;
- resistance 5.5±0.5 Ohm.
Glow plugs:
- BOSCH. CHAMPION or BERU;
- tightening torque = 15 Nm;
- supply voltage = 12 V;
- resistance = 1.1±0.1 Ohm.
Air mass flow meter: BOSCH or SIEMENS with film as a heating element.
