F9Q Direct Injection Diesel Engine Specifications
A 4/11 E2000R672 distribution injection pump is used with an electronic control unit that controls the pump, the engine cold start system, and the exhaust gas recirculation valve.
High pressure fuel pump adjustment:
Installation at TDC using a pin with a diameter of 8 mm. The piston stroke is 0.45±0.02 mm.
The nozzle is double-spring, resistance at 20°С = 100±10 Ohm.
High pressure fuel lines:
- length = 360 mm;
- inner diameter = 1.8 mm.
EGR solenoid valve:
- supply voltage = 12 V;
- resistance 5.5±0.5 ohm.
glow plugs:
- Bosch. CHAMPION or BERU;
- tightening torque = 15 Nm;
- supply voltage = 12 V;
- resistance = 1.1±0.1 ohm.
Intake air mass meter: BOSCH or SIEMENS with foil as glow plug.
Accelerator drive through a stepper motor on the injection pump. Accelerator pedal potentiometer to determine its position. Electric heating of the coolant to accelerate the engine warm-up to the optimum operating temperature and increase the heater output when the passenger compartment is heated.
