Note: This subsection describes the procedure for removing and installing the air filter of the K7J and K7M engines. Removing and installing the air filter of the K4M engine is described in subsection "Replacing the air filter element".
You will need a TORXT14 socket head.
1. Disconnect the air supply hose from the air filter...
2. ...and the car body and remove the sleeve.

3. Remove the three air filter mounting bolts.
4. Remove the last mounting bolt located at the rear right.
5. While holding the throttle body, lift the air filter to separate them.
6. Lift the air filter, disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from its branch pipe and remove the air filter.
7. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
