Removal the electric motor
1. Make sure the wiper arm is in its original position.
2. Disconnect the battery.
3. Mark the original position of the wiper arm.
4. Remove the windshield wiper arm mounting nut.
5. Remove the windscreen wiper arm from its shaft using tool Ele. 1294-01.
6. Remove the inside door handle for double door versions (one bolt).
7. Remove the trunk door trim (latches).
8. Disconnect the windshield wiper motor connector A.
9. Loosen the three motor mounting bolts and remove the motor.
Installation
Peculiarities
1. Before installing the wiper arm, make sure that its shaft is in its original position.
2. Clean the wiper arm shaft grooves with a wire brush.
3. Install the wiper arm, placing the blade in the position marked during removal.
4. Install the new nut and tighten it to 12 Nm using a torque wrench.
