Sound signal — removal and installation (Renault Scenic 1)

The sound signal is activated via a fuse and does not have a relay.

Removal

1. Place the vehicle on jack stands.

2. Disconnect the two-wire wire from the horn, and then unscrew the horn mounting bolts (see illustration).

10.2 Disconnect the plug with the two-wire cable from the horn, and then unscrew the horn mounting bolts

Installation

3. Secure the horn with bolts. A toothed washer must be installed on the mounting bolt.

4. Connect the power plug.
