Rear light — removal and installation (Renault Scenic 1)

Removal

1. Open the trunk lid and unscrew the cover on the inside of the lid that blocks access to the rear light.

2. Disconnect plug A. If necessary, remove the bulb support plate by squeezing the tabs C of the plate mount (see illustration).



3. Unscrew nuts B and remove the headlight lens by pressing on it from the inside (see illustration 27.2).

In cars with a coupe body, the headlight lens is secured with four nuts.

Installation

4. Check the condition of the headlight sealing gasket. Replace the gasket if necessary.

5. Install the headlight lens in place and secure with nuts.

6. Replace the bulb support plate and cover.
